Can hygienist operated without a dentist onsite?

Yep! I have a collaborative dental hygienist license that allows me to own and operated Pearl House without a dentist on site. Every treatment provided here is all within my scope of dental hygiene.

What happens if I’m in pain or need restorative work?

If you are in active acute pain, I strongly encourage you to see a dentist prior to seeing me. If restorative work is needed such as crowns, fillings etc, I will refer you to one of my trusted dentists for a comprehensive exam and treatment needed.

What if I don’t have insurance?

That’s perfectly fine! I accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and offer in-house payment plans.

When do I need to see a dentist?

I will refer you to one of my trusted dentists throughout ABQ and Santa Fe at the end of your visit. You will have 12 months to be seen. Your records will be sent over to the dentist I refer to, and they will call you to schedule your appointment with them.
